Tri-City Aviation’s dedication to provide quality service has been proven by its ability to survive over thirty years of competion, and operate as the airfield’s sole FBO since 1996.

Pamela C. Phillips
Owner and General Manager
Mrs. Phillips has been involved in the aviation industry since 1980. She has worked in every capacity in the FBO from the line to her current capacity as General Manager.
Donald F. Carter
Founder
Mr. Carter is retired, but still active in the business as a consultant. He founded TCA in 1969. He has worked in every aspect of the business and has developed an intensive “hands-on” management style.
Bryan A. Phillips
Line Service Manager
Mr. Phillips joined the team in 1988. He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology. He also holds an FAA Inspection Authorization (IA). He holds a certification in NATA Safety 1st Professional Line Service Training.
Michael C. Lloyd
Operations / Maintenance Mgr.
Mr. Lloyd has been with TCA since 1975 . He is one of the most experienced technicians in the region and has worked extensively in both the military and civilian sectors. He is qualified to work on a wide variety of turbine and piston powered aircraft.
